Insights & Ideas
AI, marketing, sales, creative work, business, growth and the occasional terrible idea that somehow became industry best practice. Why do we keep making simple things unnecessarily complicated?
About me & Where I’ve Been
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with companies across Canada, the United States, and the UK, leading brand strategy, creative direction, sales, production and growth initiatives.
That has meant working with teams in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, and Victoria, across Canada, Florida, Texas, California, Maine, Massachusetts, Washington and New York in the United States and London in the UK.

The industries have been just as varied. Financial services. Technology. Industrial services. Infrastructure. Professional services. Retail. Hospitality. Manufacturing. Consumer brands. Companies that knew exactly what they needed, and companies that knew something was broken but weren't quite sure what.
I've helped businesses build brands, launch products, develop go-to-market campaigns, improve SEO and AEO, create marketing systems, lead creative teams, develop AI-powered production workflows and turn disconnected marketing activities into something resembling an actual strategy.
Working across different markets has taught me that geography changes the audience, the market and sometimes the problem. It doesn't change the fundamentals.
Good strategy still needs good creative. Good creative still needs a system. And a system that nobody can actually use isn't much of a system.

Today, I work with organizations that want to grow, modernize their marketing, improve creative production and make better use of AI without adding another twelve people, three agencies, and a meeting about the meeting.
Different cities. Different industries. Same objective: make the work better, make the system smarter and make growth a little less complicated.
